Physical orders
Torque Toon offers free standard shipping worldwide on physical products.
Express shipping is available for $10 USD where that option is offered at checkout.
Custom order process
Our physical products are made to order. After checkout, you upload your vehicle photos and customization details. We prepare your artwork, send a proof for review, and begin physical production after you approve the design.
Because every order is customized, production and delivery timing can vary. Any delivery estimate shown by a carrier or at checkout should be treated as an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date unless we explicitly state otherwise.
Digital products
Digital products do not require shipping and are delivered electronically.
Lost shipments
If a physical shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will remake and resend the affected item at no additional charge.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or was produced incorrectly due to our error, we will remake and resend the affected item at no additional charge.
