When do I upload my car photos?
Complete checkout first. After payment, use the Upload Your Car Photos button on the order confirmation or order status page.
What photos should I upload?
Start with one clear, well-lit photo showing the full car. A front three-quarter angle usually works best. You can also add close-ups of wheels, decals, rear details or modifications you want us to preserve.
Can I choose what happens to my license plate?
Yes. You can ask us to keep it as shown, hide it, or replace it with custom text.
Can you include modifications?
Yes. Upload clear reference photos and note the visible modifications you want included, such as wheels, body kits, decals, spoilers or lighting details.
Will I see the design before production?
Yes for custom physical products. We send an artwork proof before production begins.
How many revisions are included?
Custom physical products include two revision rounds. Each round should be one consolidated set of requested changes.
How long does the first proof take?
Our target is 24–48 hours after payment and receipt of usable photos and customization details. This is the artwork-proof target only, not a production or delivery promise.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Yes, if we have not started creating your custom artwork yet. Contact us as soon as possible and the order can be cancelled and refunded. Once design work has started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. After you approve the artwork proof, the order is also non-refundable.

What if my item arrives damaged, is made incorrectly, or gets lost?
If a physical item arrives damaged, is produced incorrectly due to our error, or the shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will remake and resend the affected item at no additional charge.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free worldwide on physical Torque Toon orders. Express shipping is available for $10 where offered at checkout.

What is included with the physical products?
The custom keychain and rearview mirror charm products include a personalized phone wallpaper at no extra charge.
What file do I receive for the phone wallpaper?
The custom car phone wallpaper is delivered as a 1440 × 3200 px JPG without a watermark.
Are the keychain and mirror charm 3D models?
No. They are flat acrylic products featuring printed custom artwork.
Is the rearview mirror charm an air freshener?
No. It is a decorative, unscented acrylic hanging charm.
