These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through Torque Toon. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Personalized products

Torque Toon creates personalized car artwork, physical keepsakes and digital products using the vehicle photos and customization information provided by the customer.

Our artwork is stylized and is not intended to be a technical, engineering or exact photographic reproduction of the vehicle.

2. Customer-provided photos and information

By submitting photos, text or other reference material, you confirm that you have the right to provide and use that material for your order. You authorize Torque Toon to use the submitted material as needed to create and fulfill your customized product.

You are responsible for providing accurate customization details, including vehicle information, requested modifications and license plate preferences.

3. Artwork proofs and revisions

Custom physical products include an artwork proof before production. Two revision rounds are included for custom physical products.

Please review the proof carefully. Once you approve the artwork, the design is considered final and physical production may begin.

4. Cancellations and refunds

If you request cancellation before we begin creating your custom artwork, the order can be cancelled and refunded.

Once design work has started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. Once an artwork proof has been approved, the order is also non-refundable.

5. Damaged, incorrect or lost physical orders

If a physical item arrives damaged, is produced incorrectly due to our error, or is confirmed lost in transit, we will remake and resend the affected item at no additional charge.

6. Shipping

Standard shipping is free worldwide on physical Torque Toon orders. Express shipping is available for $10 USD where offered at checkout. Digital products do not require shipping.

7. Product presentation

Product images may include mockups, props or example artwork for presentation purposes. Acrylic products are flat physical items rather than 3D vehicle models. The rearview mirror charm is decorative and unscented.

8. Vehicle brands and trademarks

Torque Toon is an independent customization business and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer shown or referenced in customer-submitted photos or example artwork.

9. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website at the time of purchase. Payment must be successfully completed before we begin processing an order.
